sales sales sales!the shopping centres currently house massive slaughter houses. yes - major Wallet slaughter houses. sale! 50%! 25% off already reduced prices! end of year financial sale! HOW NOT BE TEMPTED????? walked along rundle mall... signs after signs... the sight of clothes, the emcee announcing discounted items, the smells of food, coffee wafting in the air, (Xiang Xiang!!!!!) tickling my nose as i walked pass.... the Sses - Sale, Sight, Smell, Sound - Long Zhong Ma Wu! All also got lor! I could hear the voices of two little people in my mind arguing as i walked past each shop and saw something that I vaguely fancied at that point...... case in point: the shopaholic mini me : "I need this!!!!" realisitc mini me: "Diam lah! stop making impulse purchases!!!" shopaholic mini me: "BUT I WANT LEH!!!! CANNOT MEH????" realistic mini me: "you say somemore? I SMACK YOUR FACE!!!" shopaholic mini me: "ULU off!!!!!" buey tahan already. if this goes on they'll start a war and my brain will just shatter on the spot. so I went back to the office asap to prevent a personal catastrophe from happenning.. *ok I made up the story about the "mini me's fighting".* if these fights really happen in real life i think i will really end up in Buangkok green resort (siao lang geng) lor #AdidasBadJokes aside, I've been a photocopy robot recently.... grab a box, pull out a file, sift through what's in there, take out the relevant supporting documentation, photocopy the paperwork, put it back into the file, put the file back into the archive box. this was what I'd been doing over the past few days! the joys of work :D :D :D must use positive re-inforcement. cos negativity and endless whinging don't always work. thursday tomorrow!!!! and then FRIDAY the next.. and then the weekends!!!!!! have a good week everyone! don't forget to keep your wallets safe from the "slaughter houses"!!!! *note to self* |
